Our clients who are flying into Sky Harbor International Airport or using the train from Amtrak, need to arrive into camp/hotel the day prior to their scheduled hunt.
All hunters need to provide their own transportation to the ranch, hunting camp, or hotel. We ask all clients to arrive no earlier than 4 pm on Outfitted Hunts only on the day prior to the start of their hunt. Direction and logistics will be provided to all hunters.
All hunters will need to bring all hunting equipment that they will need for the duration of their hunt. We do not provide firearms, bows, ammo, arrows, optics, clothing, packs, ice chest, ice for harvest, or hunting gear for any hunts.
Depending on the location of the unit and access into the area, lodging is based out of 30ft camp trailer with all of the accommodations. You will need to provide your own hygiene toiletries.
Camp could be at the ranch or in the hunting unit. Lodging will consist of a large 10x14 Kodiak wall tent with floor, carpet, heat, lantern, and over sized cot for bedding. Clients will need to provide their own sleeping bag & pillow. Hot showers can be provided if weather permits. You will need to bring your own towel, wash cloth, & personal hygiene toiletries.
Meals and Beverages are provided on Outfitted Hunts. Meals consist of a quick hot breakfast with coffee and juice. We will send you out with a packed sack lunch with sandwiches, fruit, snacks, goodies and H2o for your day. When you arrive back at camp a hot cooked dinner will be served in the evenings from our camp cook.
Our professional guides will provide daily in-field guided services, to locate game and assist you on your hunting adventure. Your guide will provide in-field transportation from camps to hunting destination and back. We will take great pride of in-field game care of your harvest, and game transport back to camp. Depending on your preference we can recommend several local meat processors for your harvest or taxidermy.
For those who want to butcher or DIY processor you'll need to bring your own knives, sharpener, meat bags, paper, tape, table, ice chest, and ice.
You are responsible for mandatory physical checking in your harvest with the AZGF department for bear, mountain lion, deer etc., and CWD for required species. We will provide all of the information for you to contact AZGF department.
You will experience the same professional guiding service as our Outfitted hunt except you will provide your own camp, hotel, and meals. Our guides will provide daily in-field guided services, to locate game and assist you on your hunting adventure.
We will provide daily in-field transportation from predetermined locations in your hunt unit. Our guides will help provide in-field game care, "field dressing", and transport of your harvest back to your vehicle. Depending on your preference we can recommend several local meat processors or taxidermy for your harvest.
